Our services are tailored to meet the needs of our clients as per the agreements made during project initiation.

Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full as per the invoice provided. Services will commence only after payment confirmation. Digital deliverables will be shared via email upon full payment. Intellectual Property All materials, concepts, and strategies created by Cinema Balaga remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the delivered materials for their intended purpose.


Cancellations and Refunds
No cancellations or refunds are allowed once a project is initiated or payment is processed.

Digital Deliveries
Deliverables will be provided digitally through secure links sent to the client’s registered email.
Clients are responsible for downloading and securing the delivered files. Cinema Balaga will not be liable for expired links or misplaced materials after delivery.

Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep project-related information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability
Cinema Balaga will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or deliverables.
